Overview

This unit is designed to prepare students for the modern era in organisations by discussing the latest core theories, concepts and practices in the study of Organisational Behaviour (OB), such as self-concept, social networking, developing a global mindset and the need for creativity in organisations. These and other OB topics are explored in the context of several business-wide issues, such as sustainability and customer service. Dismissing the traditional model that OB is for managers alone, this unit instigates the more realistic view that OB is for everyone who works in and around organisations.
