How many units can you study?
Because class contact hours for Summer or Winter Term units are intensive, you are only allowed to study up to two units in a Summer or Winter Term.
Most units are delivered on campus, with a few select units available online. Learn more about studying online units at Swinburne.
Are you an international student?
International students can only complete a maximum of one-third of your course online. If you exceed this limit, we will remove you from any online units until you meet this requirement.
Remember, you must always maintain a full-time study load across the year and in each compulsory study period for a course, you must be studying at least one unit that is not by distance or online learning.
