If my enrolment is reinstated I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of my previous agreement with the University and agree that it shall continue as if uninterrupted. I accept that re-instatement is at the discretion of the University and is conditional upon my agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of my previous agreement.
I understand that no academic special consideration can be granted to me on the grounds of the restricted access to facilities during the period of cancellation.
I understand that my letter of offer and my acceptance form, including the Refund and Privacy provisions forms my written agreement with Swinburne University of Technology as required by standard 3 of the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
I understand that if I do not pay my tuition fees on time in the future or if I have any other outstanding debts to the University my enrolment may be subject to cancellation and other consequences as specified in the University's policies in relation to enrolment and debt management.
