BIO

Carla is a Professor of Marketing, Academic Director of Student Experience, and Strategic Advisor to the CXI Research Group in the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. Carla has extensive commercial and academic research expertise in the areas of services marketing, consumer behaviour and psychology, customer experience design, and advertising effectiveness. Carla actively works with a wide range of business, Government and non-profit organisations across these areas. Carla’s research has received several prestigious awards and is published in leading journals worldwide, including European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Advertising Research, among others. Carla also supervises a number of research students and has experience developing and teaching a range of undergraduate and postgraduate units in customer experience, consumer psychology and behaviour, and servcies marketing.
