Biography

David, originally from China, began his academic journey upon arriving in Australia. He studied at both Monash University and RMIT University, specializing in business management. His dedication to scholarly pursuits resulted in the completion of his doctorate in 2005.

In 2008, David joined the Swinburne community, initially serving as the Undergraduate Programme Director. Since 2012, he has assumed the role of Lecturer in Management, actively contributing to academic discourse and student development.

David's commitment extends beyond the classroom; he holds a profound interest in student welfare, continuously striving to enhance their learning experiences. His research focuses on various teaching and learning methodologies at the tertiary level, alongside explorations into organisational behaviour and cultural studies. This multidimensional approach underscores his dedication to academic inquiry and professional growth.
