Dr Ilona McNeill
Biography
Ilona McNeill completed an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology at Leiden University in 2005, and was awarded her PhD in Psychology at The University of Amsterdam in 2011. Her research focuses on individual differences in cognitive, behavioural, and emotional self-regulation and behaviour change, with a current primary interest in helping people better self-manage their health and wellbeing.
