Biography
Jennifer is a Lecturer in the Master of Dietetics program in the Department of Nursing and Allied Health at Swinburne University of Technology. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience as a Clinical and Private Practice Dietitian. She is also a Medical Laboratory Scientist with over 20 years experience in research and diagnostic settings in Australia and the United Kingdom. She is currently completing her PhD investigating workforce development of the entrepreneurial dietetics workforce. Jennifer is passionate about translating and integrating her research into training and practice development in tertiary education programs to strengthen the competency of graduate entry Private Practice Dietitians.
