Dr Natania Locke
Biography
Dr Natania Locke is a highly-regard corporations lawyer, with a long-standing career in academia. She has been in senior administrative positions in both South Africa and in Australia. Natania is and Associate Professor and the Deputy Department Chair of Swinburne Law School. She teaches Company Law and Legal Writing. Her research interests focus on the impact of innovation on corporate and financial regulation and on investor stewardship, especially responsible investment.
