Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

Information about AHEGS.

This form should be used only by past students who are unable to log in and order online.

Processing information

Paper AHEGS documents are available for students graduated from August 2011. Digital AHEGS documents are available for students graduated from January 2014.

AHEGS copies cost AUD$50 each for paper or AUD$27 for digital (first digital copy is free). You will be contacted for payment before your request is processed.

Allow 2 business days to process your request, longer if you graduated prior to 2000. Allow 7-10 business days after processing for delivery in Australia, longer for international.

Standard postage for Australia and international addresses is free. Express post in Australia is an additional $8, Express post international costs vary based on destination.

If you require any of the following, please provide clear instructions in the comments:

Documents sent to other institutions or multiple addresses.
Documents sent in individual envelopes.
Stamping the back of the envelope to show that the contents have not been tampered with.
