Welcome to the Swinburne University of Technology Student Verification Database for employers/agencies.
Please submit the following information to proceed.
Swinburne can provide verification of qualifications to external bodies for all current or previous students.
Please note, applications can take up to five (5) working days to process and up to ten (10) days if the student graduated prior to 2001.
Companies requiring information other than a student's graduation date will need to provide Swinburne with a privacy waiver signed by the student. If a student has provided a signed privacy waiver to the external body other details can be included, such as course completion dates. The privacy waiver must be attached to when you submit your award verification request.
