Associate Professor Llew MannPro Vice-Chancellor, Educational Innovation
Associate Professor Mann holds a PhD from the University of Queensland and has published widely in the areas of engineering education, STEM education and higher education. His work focusses on the intersection between professional practice and professional education, along with project-based learning and practice-based education.

Llew has studied and worked in Australia, Canada and the United States of America, and first joined Swinburne in 2010. Before becoming the PVC Educational Innovation, he was the Director Learning Transformations, the Director of the Engineering Practice Academy and an Associate Dean Education. Llew is a chartered professional engineer and a Fellow of Engineers Australia.
Llew provides strategic leadership and vision to drive educational innovation across all aspects of learning and teaching at Swinburne. Through working closely and collaboratively across Swinburne’s Higher Education, Vocational Education, continuing and professional education, Sarawak campus and other partners, he leads the continuous transformation of our educational experience at Swinburne.
