12. Compliance with this policy
Staff should familiarise themselves with this policy and all guidelines, procedures, requirements and directions made under this policy.
Staff should ensure that the principles set out in this policy and the guidelines, procedures, requirements and directions made under this policy are observed at all times. Many of the principles, guidelines, procedures, requirements and directions overlap with staff responsibilities under legislation.
Breaches of this policy and the guidelines, procedures, requirements and directions made under this policy may result in disciplinary action.
13. Complaints, reviews and appeals under this policy
A person dissatisfied with a decision under this policy may lodge a complaint (or in some instances students may apply directly for a review), subject to the requirements set out in section 6.7 and the Review and Appeals Regulations 2012.
