Overview

The Conflict Resolution short course teaches you what creates workplace conflict, and gives you an  understanding of why it occurs.

You'll learn how to develop conflict resolution strategies and a strong insight into why people act a particular way, while developing empathy for difficult and diverse behaviours.

By understanding different communication styles, you'll grow your emotional intelligence and be able to work among a range of different people.
