Looking for a paid job you might actually like? Become a Swinburne student ambassador and represent the university while helping future students decide where to take their next education step.
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to apply and join Swinburne's Student Ambassador Program.
Student ambassadors act as representatives of the university. You’ll become a valued member of the Future Students Team, working alongside Swinburne staff in a range of departments and at events throughout the year.
The role offers a variety of opportunities, which many include:
- leading campus tours
- visiting secondary schools
- meeting with prospective students at events such as Open Day and Info Nights
- conducting workshops and presentations
- working in studentHQ, the Admissions Centre and the Future Students Enquiries Team.
Why become a student ambassador?
Earn a minimum of A$32 per hour
Receive training in effective communication, presenting and public speaking, and leading workshops
Meet students from across the university
Gain work experience and take advantage of networking opportunities
Receive recognition towards the Swinburne Emerging Leaders program
