Your major

Uncover a career path of enormous potential at the intersection of biology and technology and play your role in making better healthcare, products and business practices a reality. Chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology and statistics all feature in this major. You’ll investigate the application of biotechnology to areas such as business, ethics and environmental science.

Note: Students who select Biotechnology as a major may not select Biochemistry as a second major.

In this degree, you'll apply your learning in three professionally focused, industry-linked projects.
