- Critically review the processes and professional roles of an architect in the delivery of services over a project and production of documentation
- Analyse the principles of professional contractual obligations
- Examine the processes of construction administration for the delivery of a building

- Overview of the architect’s fee agreement and contractual roles
- Explanation of the optional processes for the delivery of a building
- Investigation of the professional methods of construction administration including relevant processes for site operation, instruction, clams, variation, and payment certifications
