Siemens Healthineers Engineering Technology (Electrical) Scholarship 2025

This scholarship supports a student enrolled in either an eligible Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree or the Advanced Diploma Engineering Technology-Electrical (VE) to the value of $7,500 for one year. Additionally, an opportunity for paid work experience with Siemens Healthineers is offered.
Courses eligible
The following Vocational Education course offered by Swinburne University of Technology:
- Advanced Diploma Engineering Technology - Electrical
- Associate Degree of Engineering with one of the following Majors:
- Electrical
- Mechatronics
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with one of the following Majors:
- Electrical and Electronic
- Biomedical
- Robotics and Mechatronics
Eligibility / selection criteria
To be eligible for the Siemens Healthineers Engineering Technology (Electrical) Scholarship, applicants must:
- Meet the following criteria:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- preference will be given to students who identify as female
- Meet the following enrolment criteria:
- be a Swinburne student in Semester 1, 2025
- enrolled full-time or part-time in an eligible course (see courses eligible in section above)
- studying on-campus
- Provide a personal statement (500 words) or a short video (maximum 2 minutes) highlighting:
- a passion for your chosen course
- why you would value the work experience opportunity at Siemens Healthineers
- Please upload your video to cloud based storage and provide a link in an MS Word or PDF document. The video must be downloadable by anyone - provide any passwords if necessary.
- Provide a resume or curriculum vitae (CV)
Value
The scholarship is valued at $7,500 for one year only, paid bi-annually.
Recipient will also have the opportunity for paid work experience at Siemens Healthineers.
