Overview

The aim of this unit is to provide students with the skills to complete a major research project commenced in AVA40004. Students are expected, through planning and workload management in a team environment, to undertake detailed technical work in the chosen area using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods. The specific project work undertaken will reflect the mutual interests of the student(s) and supervisor(s) and if applicable industry. Research findings are to be presented both in the format of a complete research project report and a formal presentation to project supervisors and peers or a forum involving poster presentation.
