Learning outcomes
Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
- Analyse popular Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe and Kanban and identify opportunities for Agile ways of working
- Recommend common tools for Agile project and product management
- Plan an Agile project using an appropriate Agile framework
- Analyse change management strategies used for implementing Agile
