Overview

This unit aims to provide students with experience working on a real-world project that will develop their skills in using computer tools for data and information analysis and interpretation to produce industry relevant outcomes. Students will work collaboratively in groups applying their academic knowledge to an industry project. To underpin the projects students will learn how to use computer aided technologies including AutoCAD, Trimble technology, Microsoft office and MATLAB. Students will also build and develop their professional skills in decision making, presenting, visual communication, goal setting and time management. Students will apply these professional skills while working on an industry project.
