Overview

This unit of study aims to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills of geotechnical engineering design. This includes site characterisation, ground improvement, field instrumentation, geosynthetics, geotechnics of pavements, soil stabilisation, specialised laboratory testing, dredging and land reclamation.
