Overview
Delivering accessible and engaging end-user experiences through a myriad of convergent digital channels and devices is vital for organisations seeking to communicate with customers in a fragmented networked economy. This unit aims to cultivate technical skills and methods in developing mobile-web applications that leverages content by offering flexible and personalised user experiences across multiple customer-facing touchpoints. The focus is on creating and managing engaging web-based applications that combine rich content with principles in customer-centricity, user experience and accessibility relevant to dynamic mobile-device capabilities

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
- Plan and develop responsive and engaging web-applications for mobile devices and platforms
- Critically assess and justify design and development approaches for diverse personalised end-user experiences across multiple and convergent digital channels and devices
- Produce modularised and dynamic rich content for delivery across mobile web applications
- Evaluate and apply multiple web and networked technologies to deliver and manage content across mobile-centric customer facing touchpoints
