Overview

This unit aims to synthesise and integrate knowledge of digital technologies within an organizational context, culminating in a professionally-focused capstone experience. Students will engage systematically with real-world problems, employing both Information System frameworks and project management strategies to analyse, evaluate, and develop practical solutions. This unit encourages students to apply advanced theoretical and practical tools to conduct rigorous research and evaluation, fostering intellectual autonomy and reflective learning. Throughout this unit, students will enhance their communication and collaborative skills, functioning effectively as leaders and team members in diverse groups. The capstone project not only consolidates students' academic learning but also enhances their professional competencies, preparing them for challenges in the dynamic field of digital technology. Over the course of the semester, students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills by designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions that address tangible business needs.
