Overview

This unit offers students the opportunity to integrate and apply knowledge from other units by working in small teams on sustainability projects that address one or more of the UN SDGs. Through this hands-on experience, students will develop a holistic understanding of their academic learning and its practical relevance within the socio-cultural environment in which they are immersed. They will gain skills in defining and scoping a project, understanding its context, preparing a project proposal, collaborating with peers to complete the project, and effectively communicating their findings through written reports and presentations, utilising both in-person and digital communication technologies.
