Overview

This unit provides students with an integrative, hands-on experience in developing and executing strategies for long-term sustainable organisational performance. Students will synthesise knowledge from across the MBA program and apply it to real-world challenges in collaboration with industry partners. The unit emphasises advanced strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills, equipping students to navigate complexity, drive organisational resilience, and achieve sustained success in competitive global markets.
