This unit introduces you to the theory and practice of nursing leadership critically reflecting on the influence of nursing leadership in healthcare. The unit enables you to analyse available evidence for the role of digital health technologies in health and how nursing leadership can impact the use of digital health technologies in nursing practice.

- achieve an overall mark for the unit of 50% or more. Conceded passes are not recognised by the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council therefore conceded passes will not be granted.
