Biography
Robert New has over twenty years of experience teaching in schools. Robert has earnt degrees in psychology, sociology, biology and education, and is completing his PhD researching educational leadership. His particular interest is on how leadership experiences affect teachers at and beyond the workplace. His other research areas of interest include secure-base leadership, organisational development, and competition between independent schools.
